Girls soccer: Marist Catholic shuts out Hidden Valley 4-0 for first Class 4A state championship

For Marist Catholic girls soccer, the end of the season had become a time of heartbreak. The Spartans finished in second place in 2019, the highlight of years of playoff exits.

On Saturday, the Spartans were finally able to grab the elusive state championship with a 4-0 victory over Hidden Valley in the OSAA Class 4A state championship game at Liberty High School.
