Lillard, Nurkic, Sharpe out for Portland Trail Blazers at New Orleans Pelicans: Live updates, time, TV channel, how to watch free live stream online

The Portland Trail Blazers will not only be without Damian Lillard Thursday night at New Orleans but Jusuf Nurkic, Shaedon Sharpe and Keon Johnson will also miss the game.

However, Jerami Grant is in after originally being listed as questionable with a left ankle sprain.

Projected starting lineup: Anfernee Simons, Josh Hart, Justise Winslow, Grant and Drew Eubanks.

Blazers coach Chauncey Billups said before the game that the medical staff determined it would be best for Lillard to sit out given that the team played Wednesday at Charlotte and Monday at Miami. Playing a back-to-back and three games in four days, Billups said, didn’t appear to the franchise to be the wise move.

Pelicans: F Larry Nance Jr. (knee hyperextension) is questionable G Kira Lewis Jr., (ACL recovery) and E.J. Liddell (ACL Injury) are out.


The Blazers play the final game of their six-game trip at 5:30 p.m., Saturday at Dallas.
