Lipe Moala, 3-star offensive lineman, commits to Oregon Ducks



Oregon has landed its second offensive line commitment in eight days.

Lipe Moala, a three-star interior offensive lineman out of Mater Dei High School in Santa Ana, California, committed to the Ducks on Friday. He chose Oregon over Washington, Louisville, San Diego State and Colorado State.

The 6-foot-6, 330-pound Moala is the No. 131 player in California and No. 83 interior offensive lineman according to 247Sports’ rankings.

Moala is the 22nd player to commit to Oregon’s class, joining quarterback Dante Moore, wide receivers Jurion Dickey and Ashton Cozart, cornerbacks Caleb Presley, Cole Martin and Collin Gill, defensive linemen Tevita Pome’e, Terrance Green and My’Keil Gardner, edge rushers Jaden Moore, Teitum Tuioti amd A’Mauri Washington, running back Dante Dowdell, safeties Kodi Decambra and Tyler Turner, linebackers Jerry Mixon and Blake Purchase, tight end Kenyon Sadiq, offensive lineman Bryce Boulton, kicker Grant Meadors and long snapper Nick Duzansky.

Oregon’s class remains No. 13 in the 247Sports Composite.
