A graphic in Sunday’s Business section transposed poverty rates for white and non-white Oregonians. The rate for non-white Oregonians declined from 22.6% in 2002 to 14.8% in 2021. For white Oregonians, the poverty rate stayed relatedly constant. It was 11.8% in 2002 and 11.2% in 2021.
