Notable: Oregon State led for 19 minutes during Thursday’s PK Legacy quarterfinal, falling to Duke after Taylor and Pope missed game-tying three-pointers during the final five seconds. … Florida fell 90-83 to Xavier in its quarterfinal. Colin Castleton is the Gators’ top player, averaging 22.4 points and 9.0 rebounds a game. Castleton had 11 points and 10 boards against Xavier. … Pope, who led OSU with 14 points against Duke, is the Beavers’ top scorer at 15.2 points a game. The freshman guard has reached double figures in each of his first five games at OSU. … Duke shot 26.7% percent from the floor.
