Below is a round-up of some of the most popular big retail chains and grocery stores that are often visited on Thanksgiving, and when their doors will be open to shoppers.
After Thanksgiving comes Black Friday where there will be big deals from retailers including Walmart, Nike, Best Buy, Target, REI, and many more.
What stores are open on Thanksgiving?
All Walmart locations will be open regular hours from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Target locations will be closed on Thanksgiving day.
All Fred Meyer locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
Unfortunately, all New Seasons locations will be closed on Thanksgiving day.
Most Whole Foods locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving.
Safeway will be open regular hours from 6 a.m. to 11 pm.
Winco will open at 7 a.m. and close at 3 p.m on Thanksgiving.
Most locations will be open regular hours from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Most stores will be open from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m., though their pharmacies will be closed.
REI Portland will be closed November 24 and 25.
Nike Portland will be closed November 24 but reopen on November 25 for Black Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Best Buy locations will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, but will reopen at 5 a.m. for Black Friday on November 25.
